Food creation - stuffed green pepper
Where did we find the recipe?
Thanks to mom who found the web site with this recipe. (For those who don't know Chinese, msg me and I'll translate)
What's in it?
Minced Dace flesh (that is ground fish meat where you can buy in most Chinese grocery store in the fish section) & green peppers
After tasting?
Delicious! Taste like the ones in restaurants. Not too much fishy taste from the stuffing, which is exactly how we like it. This conclude another success!

You guys are seriously amassing a lot of recipes and stuff! I used to do that, and I had a binder with all these things organized by "type" (mine was breakfast, meats, desserts, drinks -- that's as far as I got). And sometimes, I would just write down all my notes (like you) in my blog, and then print out that entry and stuff it in my book.
I threw the book out when I moved, but it's all in electrons somewhere.
